What You'll Own
- Full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across Eyr Holistic
- LinkedIn headhunting and proactive sourcing — you'll be our talent hunter
- Candidate screening, assessment, and shortlist presentation to hiring managers
- Pipeline management in Notion — keeping everything organized and transparent
- Interview coordination and candidate communication throughout the process
- Collaboration with founders and team leads to understand each role deeply

- Pipeline is always clean, organized, and up to date
- Hiring managers love working with you because you bring strong, pre-vetted candidates
- Candidates — even those who don't get hired — have a great experience
- You can juggle 3–6 open roles at once without missing a beat
You'll Thrive If You
- Have 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally for remote, international teams
- Are a LinkedIn sourcing machine who knows how to find hidden talent
- Have hired across multiple functions — marketing, ops, finance, tech
- Are incredibly organized, fast, and reliable — you never let candidates go cold
- Love working in a high-growth, fast-paced DTC environment
- Take full ownership of your work and don't need micromanagement
- Communicate clearly and represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
