At Eyr Holistic, we are expanding our creative team and looking for a Senior Video Editor who doesn't just cut videos, but helps decide what we should make and why.
We are a Norwegian group of D2C natural wellness brands selling across the EU and US, with over $20M in revenue and growing fast.
We value results and sharp thinking over a long resume. If you know why an ad works, and can prove it with data, we want to talk to you.
The role
You will own video creative for one of our most promising brands, from the idea to the final cut, across paid social and organic.
• Build the concept, not only the edit: propose angles, hooks and variations instead of just executing a script.
• Let data decide the next test: read performance data (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop, retention) and use it to choose what we test next.
• Create ads that scale and stay compliant: produce paid social creative for Meta and TikTok that performs within the platforms' ad policies for health and wellness products.
• Explain the why: know our audience and walk the team through the reasoning behind every creative choice.
Is this you?
• Performance Creative Expert: You have a proven track record editing paid social ads for DTC brands, ideally in supplements or another regulated category.
• Data-Driven: You are comfortable with metrics like CTR and hook rate, and you turn them into clear creative decisions.
• Compliance-Aware: You know Meta and TikTok advertising policies and how to make claims-sensitive products perform without crossing the line.
• Audience Thinker: You understand who you're speaking to and why a given angle will land with them.
• Strategic and Hands-On: You can come up with the idea and still execute a polished edit, fast.
• Autonomous: You take ownership of your work and don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
Nice to have: experience managing or mentoring other editors.
