What makes us different: we are vertically integrated from the ground up, from the farmers and harvesters who grow and collect our Arctic herbs all the way to the customer's door. One integrated company, one team spread across the world, owning quality and story at every step.
We built a nine-figure business online, and we are already live on Amazon with Frøya and Norse Organics. The next chapter is the shelf. We're taking Frøya into US retail, owned retail and the big chains, and we need someone who has done it before to lead the launch and scale it for the long run.
This is a build-from-zero mandate for offline and big-box retail. You own the channel end to end: the strategy, the retailer relationships, the first POs, and the sell-through that turns a first order into national distribution.
What You'll Own
- The full US retail strategy for Frøya, then the wider portfolio
- Retailer relationships and buyer meetings: Ulta, QVC/HSN, clean-beauty and natural grocery, mass where it fits, plus scaling our existing Amazon business
- Channel P&L: trade spend, co-op and retail media, margins, and protecting our DTC business
- Sell-through, replenishment, and account growth, not just the first order
- Retail operations: EDI, 3PL, retail-ready packaging, brokers and distributors
- Building the team and broker network as the channel scales
You'll Thrive If You
- Have personally taken a DTC or CPG beauty/wellness brand into US retail and scaled it
- Know the US retail landscape cold and have buyer relationships you can activate, wherever you are based
- Know the difference between sell-in and sell-through, and run your business on the second one
- Command trade spend, retail media, planograms, and category management
- Think in years, not first orders, and take full ownership
Logistics
- Remote, full-time
- Deep US retail knowledge and US buyer relationships required; based anywhere with workable US overlap
- Some travel for buyer meetings and trade shows
