As a Copywriter Leader at DTC Vikings you’ll be responsible for creating marketing copy to be the basis for static ads, landing pages and ad copy.
Responsibilities
- Lead all copywriters
- Train & improve all of the copywriter's skills
- QC all ads across our brands
- QC all ad copy across our brands
- Whitelisting brief + production
- 1-1's with direct reports
- Continuous performance reviewing
- Control of Copywriter OKRs
- Hold all-hands copywriter meetings
- Create 20–40 static ads & ad copy per week
Profile
Experience
- 5+ Years in Copywriting: Proven experience in crafting persuasive marketing copy, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty sectors.
- Expertise in Landing Page Creation: Demonstrated ability to create and optimize landing pages that drive conversions.
- Strong Understanding of Marketing Strategies: Familiarity with direct response marketing and consumer psychology.
- Data Analysis Skills: Experience in analyzing customer feedback and market trends to inform copy decisions.
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring junior copywriters.
- Proficiency with Marketing Tools and IA: Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and content management systems. AI forward leveraging Claude/Manus/ChatGPT for scriptwriting and copywriting
