We've built a powerful acquisition engine. Now we need someone to own everything that happens after the first purchase — and squeeze every dollar of lifetime value out of our customer base.
This isn't an email marketing role. This is a strategic, data-driven, cross-functional IC who project-manages the entire post-purchase experience: offers, upsells, cross-sells, subscriptions, website optimization, and retention strategy — coordinating with our email team, dev team, and marketing to execute.
What You'll Own
- The full post-purchase customer journey across 4 DTC brands
- On-site retention mechanics: upsells, cross-sells, bundles, subscription settings, offers
- Retention analytics: cohort analysis, LTV curves, repurchase rates, churn patterns
- A/B testing pipeline for offers, pricing, upsell placements, and subscription incentives
- Coordination with email/SMS, dev, CS, and marketing teams on retention initiatives
- Cross-brand retention playbook that scales to new brands
You'll Thrive If You
- Have 3+ years in a retention or LTV-focused role at a DTC brand
- Are obsessed with data — cohort analysis and LTV math are your love language
- Have directly increased repeat purchase rates or LTV (and can prove it)
- Understand Shopify deeply — offers, discounts, subscriptions, checkout, upsell apps
- Are a strong project manager who can drive cross-functional work without authority
- Think in experiments — always testing offer structures, pricing, and customer journeys
- Take full ownership and don't wait to be told what to do
