The role
We're hiring a Lead Partnership Manager to build and run the partnership engine across all of our brands. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who already has a deep rolodex at the top of the creator and talent world — and knows exactly how to turn those relationships into step-change growth.
Your job, in one sentence: land the big, strategic partnerships that fuel our paid ads engine and scale our brands massively.
You'll be focused primarily on top-tier influencer/creator collaborations and brand partnerships — the kind that produce winning creative, flood our funnels, and move the needle on ROAS, not 100 small deals that nibble at the edges.
What you'll do
- Own the full partnership pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, closing, and handoff to activation
- Prospect and open relationships with top-tier creators, talent agents, and aligned brands across our categories
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, and contracts that protect performance and margin
- Work side-by-side with our paid media and creative teams to make sure every partnership converts into high-performing ad assets
- Track partnership performance against ROAS and pipeline contribution, and double down on what works
- Build Frøya, Norse, and future DTC Vikings brands into names that top creators actively want to partner with
Who you are
- 5+ years in partnerships, influencer marketing, talent, or business development — ideally inside DTC / e-commerce
- A vast, active network at the top tier — both with talent agents and directly with creators you can call today
- A proven track record of closing and scaling influencer/creator and brand collaborations that actually drove revenue (not vanity)
- Deep understanding of how partnerships feed paid media — you think in creative angles, hooks, and ROAS, not just follower counts
- Fluent English, written and spoken
