We've built a powerful acquisition engine across four brands. Now we need one leader to own everything that happens after the first purchase, and to turn our customer base into the biggest lever in the business.

This is a senior leadership role. You own the post-purchase P&L across all four brands: lifetime value, repeat rate, subscriptions, and retention margin. You own email and SMS end to end, you lead the team that runs it, and you orchestrate email, SMS, subscriptions, and offers as one system.

What You'll Own

• The retention P&L across four DTC brands: LTV, repeat purchase rate, subscription growth, churn, contribution margin per cohort
• Full email and SMS strategy and execution across all four brands on Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability
• The full post-purchase journey: subscriptions, offers, upsells, cross-sells, replenishment
• The team: you lead and level up our email/SMS marketers and copywriters
• Cohort and LTV analysis that decides where we invest
• A cross-brand retention playbook that scales to new brands

You'll Thrive If You

• Have led retention or lifecycle for a scaling DTC brand and owned a real LTV number
• Think in LTV, repeat rate, subscription %, and contribution margin, not open rates
• Are as comfortable in a Klaviyo flow builder as in a cohort and LTV model
• Have grown repeat purchase and subscription revenue and can prove it
• Can lead a team and drive cross-functional work across dev, CS, and marketing
• Take full ownership and drive without being told
