We run on data and we build with AI. We're looking for a Systems Engineer to build our entire data warehouse and every internal app on top of it, and to do it AI-first.
If you get more done with an AI agent at your side than most teams do in a sprint, and you love owning something end to end from raw data to a shipped internal tool, this is your role.
What You'll Own
- Architect and build our data warehouse: ingest Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Converge and more into one clean source of truth on BigQuery
- Build the internal apps our team runs on, full-stack (Next.js + Postgres/Supabase)
- Model the data (dbt or similar) and keep it tested, reliable, and fast
- Reverse-ETL: push insights back into the tools our marketing and ops teams use every day
- Build AI and agent tooling into our internal systems, with evals so it is actually right
- Own the platform end to end: ingestion, modeling, apps, and the AI layer
You'll Thrive If You
- Are genuinely AI-native: you build with LLMs and agents daily, not just talk about them
- Can architect a modern warehouse AND ship a full-stack app on top of it
- Know the modern stack: BigQuery/Snowflake/DuckDB, dbt, Fivetran/Airbyte, Next.js, Postgres/Supabase
- Have a trail of things you have actually built (send us your GitHub and projects)
- Care about correctness: you test your pipelines and eval your agents
- Take full ownership and move fast
