Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across email and chat with empathy, clarity, and speed
- Recommend the right products and routines across Norse Organics, Frøya, Primal Viking, and Arctic Goddess
- Troubleshoot orders, deliveries, returns, subscriptions, and product questions end‑to‑end
- Proactively spot recurring issues and propose improvements to FAQs, macros, and CX flows
- Capture and share customer insights with product, marketing, and operations
- Keep knowledge current on product lines, launches, offers, and policies across all brands
Qualifications
- Excellent English written communication
- Bonus: German, French, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
- Customer‑first mindset: aim to delight, not just resolve
- Organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with help desk tools, order management systems, and internal docs
