We’re now hiring a Junior Media Buyer who wants an entry-level role where they can learn media buying at the highest level — with real budgets, real creative volume, real feedback loops, and real growth opportunities.
This is a career-launch role for someone who wants to become dangerously good at paid acquisition.
The Opportunity
Most media buyers learn slowly because they don’t get enough volume.
Here, you will.
You’ll work closely with senior media buyers who run high-scale campaigns, and your job is to support execution, improve reporting, and help the team learn faster from what we launch.
You’ll get exposed to:
- how winners are found
- how testing frameworks are built
- how scaling decisions are made
- what makes ads convert
- why performance changes day to day
- how budgets are controlled intelligently
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with senior buyers to launch ads, run structured tests, and turn performance data into clear insights for the creative team.
Responsibilities
✅ Upload ads and launch campaigns quickly and correctly
✅ Create and maintain reports that help the team see what’s working
✅ Assist with testing: audiences, creatives, angles, formats, structures
✅ Identify early winners and scaling opportunities
✅ Improve learning loops across ads + channels through sharp reporting

- 0.5-2 years of paid social / media buying experience
- trading stocks/crypto (decision-making, risk management, pattern recognition)
- dropshipping / ecommerce experiments (funnels, ads, conversion psychology)

Your reporting becomes genuinely useful and you help speed up creative iteration.
