You’ll work directly with the two founders of Norse Organics (and affiliated brands like Frøya) to make sure their time, tasks, travel, and teams are moving smoothly.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Own calendars, inboxes, bookings, and logistics
- Be the point person for travel, interviews, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
- Help with hiring and onboarding: scheduling interviews, prepping docs, chasing tasks
- Act as a sounding board and second brain: prioritize, simplify, and follow through
- Manage small projects and process improvements that free up founder bandwidth
- Learn the founders’ voice, preferences, and pace—and match it
